hi friend my database cache hit ratio show 70% and i think it should be greate than 95% i also increase the size of pga but i am facing same porblem
please help me

A database cache hit ratio of 95% is often a symptom of bad application.

Hit ratio can serve only one purpose: as an indicator to quickly check if YOUR workload changes (in the same database, the same server...).
You can't compare anything else.

Tune your SQL statements before doing anything else.

There is no query to tune SQL.
Search which ones execute the more logical io using StatPack.
