Hi,
Attaching a spreport, could anybody inform me what parameters can be tuned.
The query with the hash value 3613345008, executes in my toad within 10 minutes, but in discoverer it takes around 1 hour and sometimes even more.

I would trace both of them and check the plans in TK*Prof - they are bound to be different. OPTIMIZER_MODE is a likely explanation as to why you get different plans, although there are a number of other parameters (that are less likely to have been altered) that could affect the plan.
