Physical gets increasing after scheduled export [message #240648]

The version of database i am working for is 8.1.7.
Physical gets have been increasing as and when the scheduled export has done everyday. I need to bounce database every morning.
Export options using are:

echo off
exp userid=<user/pwd@instance> file=<file_path>log=<log_file_path> compress=y rows=y owner=<username>
echo on

Any suggestion could be appreciated.
