my database is working very good till tomorrow evening but when i open my database today after 20 mints a user complient that database is very slow.

no errors in Alert log. how to diagnose the problem n how to solve it.

Certain things happen when a db is opened. Did it get shutdown with shutdown abort? That sometimes needs time to make the db consistant.
Other issues can be
1) allocating memory
2) bringing in blocks to the sga that are in memory after the first fetch.
3) run packages on startup
