can any one tell me if i analyze my tables which i use in my select qyery's where clause and get an explain plan for the query do i need any hint further to optimize the query further???

It depends.
If you get the result set fast enough, then nothing else needs to be done.
If you do not get the result set fast enough, additional tuning is required.
