Hi,

I am currently facing a problem with self service Timecards. I have created a couple of timelines and have submitted the same. According to my Preferences, they should go to my HR Supervisor for approval.

But the timecards are not showing in his Mass Approval screen.

Could anyone let me know where/what to check so as to debug this problem?

Hi,

This has been sorted. There was a problem with the setting of the profile - OTL: Defer approval process on timecard submission.
