Are there any API's for prepayments and debit memo conversion.If so please let me know.

Pavan,
Unfortunately there is no interface or API for prepayments or debit memos in Oracle Payables. The open interface only supports the import of standard invoices and credit memos.
If the volume is not too great you could use Dataload to automate the entry of the prepayments and debit memos in question through the Invoice Workbench form. Otherwise, you will have to enter the data into the core tables yourself. This is not too hard as the tables involved are pretty straight-forward, but you need to make sure that your client/management acknowledges and accepts the risks involved in this. If you make a mistake that causes trouble in the application you will not get any help from Oracle Support.
