Could not see the output through ADI [message #194055]

I have submitted a report through ADI. It shows in the Completed jobs also. When I press the View Output/Log, its giving me the error:
'File server could not verify its initialization parameters'.
What I need to do? Any input is appreciated.

Try searching MetaLink for the text of your message. You will find loads of hits, including

Note:274177.1 which says it is an "Incorrect Configuration of the tnsnames.ora OR sqlnet.ora OR listener.ora files" and then goes on to detail what you need to check.

Note:333551.1 which says to "Apply CU2 patch (3460000) or higher."

However, you should check the other entries as well, in case any of them are relevant.
