I have statspack question for both database 10g and 8i

a. How do I see if statspack is installed
b. If it is there how do I change the time interval to be an hour.

Thanks
Toshi

a) Query DBA_OBJECTS to see if the staspack tables exist on your database.

b) Look at the spauto.sql script in OH/rdbms/admin.

Hi,

You can simply query ALL_USERS view to see whether the user PERFSTAT exists. If it does, the you have STATSPACK schema installed in your database.
