We are currently a F500 company evaluating options to continue support of our current 11.02 environment. We would prefer not to upgrade at this time, however want to make sure we have our support situation in check.
I am looking for examples of other F500 organizations running 11.02 or previous. More specifically, I am eager to learn how you have your support strategy currently configured (oracle directly, third party, self-support, etc), any lessons learned or advantages of that configuration.
