When i start the OAS version 10.1.0.4.2.
The oidldapd.exe locks tnsnames.ora file?!

Do someone kwow wat's up?

Wow! You dont have to replecate the lock senario.
This acts the same at solaris.
But my question is why? Why is this tns file locked?
TNS_ADMIN env is normaly never locked?!

I was able to change settings in the file with the
OEM, Net Configuration Assistant.
But i dont like it that way.
