Hello,
I am looking out for information on configuring large SGA, greater than 8GB or how to increase the data buffers on Window 2003 Ent Edition with Oracle 10g. Any information or links welcome.

WHY?
Do you have benchmarks which show that this is a worthwhile effort?

I am running some data migration test and can see a bottleneck with disk I/O and paging. So looking out for steps to increase data block buffers. How can I configure data block buffers with AWE?

It matters very little whether file data blocks reside in RAM in OS file buffer or in RAM in SGA. RAM is RAM. Paging occurs when data blocks get moved from RAM to disk to make room for other data blocks moving from disk to RAM (either OS file buffer or "SGA").
You only trying to move the waterline on the Titantic which will not significantly reduce paging.

thanks for replying. I have 12 GB of ram on the system so looking out for options to fully utilize it.

If the system is paging (as you previously stated), then all of the RAM is being utilized.
When a system is paging, all the RAM is being used; otherwise no paging activity would occur.

type in show sga to sql and post back here

goto task manager and performane and monitor system to get a feel for performance.
