that use OCI library to connect to ORACLE 9i db.

This is my enviroment:

2. I have installed on my pc Oracle 9i client. (Linux dist.)

I have configured server and client correctly and all works!!

So, How can I do to have all needed library and files necessary to build a OCI c/c++ program? (tar archives or others..)
