Trying to run Oracle Report Developer 9I on a PC running Win NT 4.0.

Getting a Dr. Watson error with rwbuilder.exe

Exception: access violation (0xc0000005),address:0x0025be13

A coworker said that he got the same until an Oracle DBA told him to add a setting to his enviornment. He can't remember what it was. We sent an e-mail to the DBA (no longer with firm) but I'm stuck until them.

This is my first time using Oracle.

Any ideas?
