Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of Oracle 8i on Sun Solaris and Windows 2000.

VPP is one of the modules of mxConnect project. Which automates activities between clients and their vendors in vendors providing consultants to the clients.

Responsibilities
· Planned, designed and Created Oracle databases on Sun-Solaris.
· Erwin data-modeling tool was used to design logical flow diagram of the database and database tables.

This project involves in conversion of data from flat file (Tally) to Oracle database. Porting Data from Legacy System on to Oracle including Data through SQL*Loader/Manual data entry (Wherever applicable) predominantly from Tally (Financial Data).
Responsibilities
· Installation and configuration of Oracle 8.x Server and Clients in Three different places like Bangalore and Goa.
· Setting up the database in Oracle in all the three places.
· Writing SQL*Loader control files and PL/SQL Procedures.
· Back up and Archiving Strategy of Solution have been given to spell out at each location.
· Test documentation was handed over to users for a stimulated crash.
· Training to staffs to enable them to operate, and training to one user at each location which will help him to carry out basic DBA activities.

Responsibilities
· Created Oracle 8.0.4 database on Win NT4.0 after proper design.

Project: Filter Application
Role: Programmer
Description: The Filter application is the application for testing filters. It is able to load and display image from the Internet or the local file system. Filter's user interaction involves selecting filter to apply to an image as a whole, or to a selected rectangle of the image. This project also demonstrates a user-interface model using modeless dialogues to configure the individual image filters. In this project user interaction with floating modeless dialogues are reported to the application mainframe window using the even delivery pipeline inherited by all component objects.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of the following modules.
· Loading and storing the base image
· The contrast filter
· The invert filter
· Applying filter to the Workspace image.
