I am having problem installing Oracle8i Personal Edition on Windows 2000 Professional. When I click on Setup the Universal Installer does not load or execute. It doesnt do anything.

I am having problem installing Oracle8i Personal Edition on Windows 2000 Professional/xp. When I click on Setup the Universal Installer does not load or execute. It doesnt do anything. my procssor is AMD1700.
