Hi,

I am trying to connect my ASP Page with Oracle 9.i and I am getting this Error Message :

I have created the system dsn and tested the same. Its working fine there.

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 5 (Oracle in OraHome92).

I have am also recieving this error, if anyone has a solution or any idea of what can be done to correct it please reply.

Anyone figure this out yet? Seems like a lot of people are having this problem, but I have found no solutions.

Hi Even I faced the exact same problem.
What I figured out is that the oracle 9.2.0.6 patch for ODBC needs to be applied, then it might improve. I an about to download it, so will keeep posted on what happens.
