Hi,
i try to connect database using c# with the service provider= MSDAORA than i got same error:ora-12154: TNS: COULD NOT RESOLVE SERVICE NAME.but if try to connect using sql* plus every things is fine.
Any one can help me to solve this problem.. i really appreciate. thanks
