hi
i want to connect to oracle server. my machine has the following configuration

server has oracle 8i

client has
pentium processor
win 98 os
no oracle or any other database present on client machine.

i dont want to install net8 or sql net on client machine

i can use db providers or odbc

please help me out

yeah. use JDBC
