hi,
i had a problem on installing 8i on my laptop which runs on XP professional edition. ora1067 and cannot start java.exe
does 8i run successfully on P4 and XP

my laptop is P4 and having OS windows XP it is on network and i am tryin to install oracle 8i but the setup not even initializes tell me what should i do.

try to find and rename each of the SYMCJIT.DLL to SYMCJIT.OLD
