yes,
Oracle 8i personal edition for 98 works fine with windows-98.But it contains less features than Oracle 8i enterprise edition ,which is meant for windows-nt,so if u want to use the fully Oracle 8i
product than you have to install windows-nt and must have oracle8i enterprise edition.
