I want to install personal oracle 8 with developer 2000 2.1(forms 5.0). First i installed oracle successfully and then i tried to install deveoper 2000 . But i can't complete it with an error message kernl.dll error . then i uninstall oracle and then install deveoper 2000 first succesfully and then i can't sucessfully complete the Oracle.
