If I write in the trigger When-Button-Press of some Button the code:

UPDATE TABLE_X SET FIELD_X = Desired_Value

and I want to commit it.

What is the difference between the following options of commit commands in Forms 6i:
Commit_Form, Forms_DDL('Commit') and Commit.
