My project in Forms 6i + oracle 8i DB (Window XP)
working well till last night, but today when i start my PC ,an OS Error occoured "Unable to start Listner,An error occoured in listener . and needed to be closed" after that my forms/report not run,i also tried to start Listner but it didn't started, and PC held...someone told me that u needed to create a new listner file
tell me how to create a new listner file

seems to me youre tns listener (*.exe) is corrupted
just reinstall the networkpart of the oracle software
also watch out for viruses.
