Thanks a lot,
I've understood that about deploying
my project but I have a little bit confusion
that should my customer's computer
contains developer software to run my executable forms and reports
because I gave it to him and couldn't be work.
so, should I design my project(database and forms..etc) on the customer computer and
give him a run time for forms files and hide my project files or
design it on my pc and give it to him with some setting.
I'm so confusion...
another question:
I use personal oracle 7(database 7) with developer 2000 rel 2.1
that work only on win98 , 95 & me,
and doesn't support windows 2000 & xp
I want to work with winXP because you know the people(end-user)
usually request for the new technology of OS, I want to know which
the best Oracle software you recommended for personal work(I mean like Personal Oracle 7)
and ofcourse developer software that suppor the new Tech (winXP)
Please rescue me...

Forms 6i + Patch 13 is certified to run on Windows XP.
I have run this on Oracle 8i on Windows 98, and Oracle 9ir2 on Windows 2000.
The Forms 6i discs come with a forms/reports runtime for end users.
You can still down load these from OTN. The 'd2kwutil' package (on same page as the forms 6i download) is also worth getting if you run on windows.
