Hello Experts

Is there any package or something else like Text_Io package in Oracle to add a Image File ?

I want to download a Image file into the Excel Sheet, i could have download all the text into Excel sheet by using Text_Io package, but could not able to download a Logo file(Image File) into Excel sheet.

Please help me on this regarding.
