how can we acess the help to get the error messages details in forms9i DS.i am not able to rectify the error
what the reason for this error

Hi,

Try to kill the ifweb90.exe process before you compile the form again. This is described in Metalink Note 218083.1: FRM-30087 Unable to Compile Forms File
