Dear all,

with reference to https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=q51ahvvlp_138&id=2065320.1 (SRDC - How to Collect Standard Information for a Database Performance Problem (without Diagnostic Pack License) (Doc ID 2065320.1))

Quote:

2) Gather a statspack report for another period

If possible, gather a report from another period with similar load where problems are not seem. For example, if you had problems at 2pm today but things were fine yesterday, collect a report from yesterday at 2pm. Use the procedure above to collect the report.
Do we need to sit down with customer about determining which statspack snapshot to be used as baseline?

Also ideally should we have two types of baselines, one for the batch job and one for the non batch job?

thanks a lot!
