Do you agree that this is a good book? The authors known in Oracle community? Suitable for preparing to new MySQL exams 1Z0-883 and 1Z0-882?

There are not much up2date MySQL books on market..

When considering a book as a study guide for an exam when it isn't specifically intended to be such a guide, the first step is to compare the topics covered by the exam with those covered by the book. It doesn't matter how good the authors are if they wrote a book that doesn't cover the exam topics.

I took a quick look at this book to perform such a comparison. Unfortunately, my German consists of counting to 100 and a few amusing swearwords. Presumably if you are considering purchasing this book, you are much more fluent in the language. The site had a link to an excerpt of the book (below) so you can perform the comparison on your own:

I compared the objectives of exams with the contents of the book; there is huge overlap.
