IMP-00010 not a valid export file, header failed verification.

I want to ask that can I take Import of .dmp file from 64-bit to 32-bit machine

How did you transfer export file between those computers? Was it FTP? If so, did you use BINARY mode? If not, you should have.

Which EXP and IMP versions exactly did you use?

Maybe the export file is corrupted; what happens if you export your data once again, and then try to import it?

above can occur when a higher version of exp was used to make the dump file than then version of imp trying to import the file.
