Position:- Lead Position
(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
The Peoplesoft Senior Developer position is a technical, hands-on role WITH AROUND 7-11 YEARS OF RELAVENT EXPEREINCE. The candidate will have extensive technical development experience in PeopleSoft Financials(FSCM), with a proven track record of successful PeopleSoft implementations; preferably having worked with a range of version 9.0 Finance modules. This includes exposure to all areas of the systems lifecycle, from: strong analysis and design skills (which are essential to assist the Business Analysts) through to coding, testing and finally working with Production Support on the migration requirements for implementation delivery
(2) Competencies Technical / Functional and Managerial
The ideal candidate will have experience in THE following AREAS
Design and develop all aspects of disparate multi-business unit and multi-country data conversions. Build application tables, panels / pages and reports to conform to global requirements. Develop code for PeopleSoft Financials modules and unique complex functions in accordance w/ business line and specific country requirements inclusive of multi-currency and country specific data protection regulations. Integrate internal and external application data. Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues. Maintain technical documentation. Manage 3rd level PeopleSoft Application support efforts provided by staff. Design and develop SQR / Application Engine / People Code, pages and other associated internal PeopleSoft objects. Participate in evaluation and deployment planning of new PeopleSoft system functionality. Assist in planning and implementation of PeopleSoft application and tools upgrades and updates.
Following skill set is needed.
PeopleSoft Finacialsv8 / v9 development experience, with strong functional knowledge.
On-line development with Record/Page/Component People Code and the Component Processor.
Proven interfacing experience with an in depth understanding of Application Engine, File Layouts and Component Interfaces.
Understanding of Objects, Classes, Properties and Methods.
In depth grasp of Workforce Administration.
Good knowledge of Workflow and approval routing would be beneficial.
Exposure to Messaging / Integration Broker and Application Packages is a plus.
Role and Personal Qualities:

(4)Education / Experience / Skill sets
BE/BS degree or related experience
Health & Life Sciences experience a plus
AROUND 7-11YEARS of relevant technical experience
