the command to proceed for finding the trace file with tkprof is
tkprof input.trc output.prf [options]
example is given like
$ tkprof orcl102_ora_3064.trc output.prf EXPLAIN=scott/tiger SYS=NO

suggest me for input.trc what i have to proceed

Activate a SQL trace.
Before you ask how, reread Littlefoot's answer and maybe search in the forum.
