So you've got a query that is union of three queries against a view.
You haven't given us a definition of that view.
You haven't given us definitions of the underlying tables.
You haven't even given us a readable explain plan.

If you want anything approaching usefull help you're going to have to provide us with all of the above.

That said, you're going to struggle to make a query that unions a view 3 times then groups the result and sorts it run fast.
